Duties and Responsibilities
  • Expand a ports practice across multiple regions, ensuring alignment with global priorities.
  • Develop and execute strategic growth plans to drive business development.
  • Act as the principal authority for ports, providing thought leadership and market insights.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to align regional strategies with global objectives.
Client Engagement & Business Development
  • Lead high-profile client engagements, serving as a senior project director.
  • Maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
  • Develop and execute bid strategies for new business opportunities.
  • Manage the sales pipeline to achieve revenue targets.
Technical & Project Delivery
  • Guide technical direction and oversee implementation of engineering methodologies.
  • Ensure excellent technical delivery, contract compliance, and client satisfaction.
  • Contribute strategic input and innovation during major project reviews.
  • Drive quality assurance standards and continuous improvement.
Team & People Leadership
  • Lead and grow a team of professionals, providing direction, mentorship, and performance leadership.
  • Support recruitment, workforce planning, and succession strategies.
  • Promote a collaborative culture aligned with company values.
  • Foster engagement, career development, and retention within the team.
Financial & Operational Oversight
  • Manage financial performance, including revenue, profitability, and operational efficiency.
  • Monitor key performance indicators and commercial targets.
