Overview

Join to apply for the National Distributor Network Leader role at Bega Group. Bega Group is seeking a dynamic and commercially savvy National Distributor Network Leader to lead our distributor network operations and support regional growth through relationship management. Head office is Docklands; however this role can be based at any site around Australia.


Responsibilities
  • Champion a safety-first culture and ensure compliance with COR, OH&S, and Cold Chain standards.
  • Support distributor network operations to enable cost-efficient, safe and high-quality product distribution.
  • Resolve systemic logistics issues and drive delivery performance improvements.
  • Manage service fees, remote freight, and implement cost-saving initiatives.
  • Support strategic development and collaborate cross-functionally for continuous improvement.

About you
  • Strong communication, stakeholder engagement, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Commercial acumen with the ability to interpret data and drive value from distributor P&Ls.
  • Proven planning, prioritisation, and adaptability in dynamic environments.
  • Deep understanding of logistics distribution models and route-to-market strategies.
  • Proficiency in COR compliance, reporting, and network strategy.
