SenSen Networks (ASX:SNS) is a global leader in AI-powered smart city solutions. Our newest product, SenPIC, is transforming how councils and cities monitor parking and improve compliance.

We're looking for a Business Development Associate to help drive SenPIC's growth. This is a hands-on role for someone with a couple of years under their belt who's ready to step into bigger deals and learn the complexities of selling into government.

What you'll do:

  • Identify and pursue new opportunities with councils and partners
  • Run discovery conversations, product demos, and support tender responses
  • Build and nurture strong relationships in the government and smart city space
  • Work closely with senior commercial leaders on strategy and execution
  • Keep our CRM (Salesforce) clean, accurate, and up to date

What we're looking for:

  • 2–4 years' experience in business development, sales, or partnerships (tech, SaaS, or government esp. local government exposure is a plus)
  • Strong communicator, confident running client conversations end-to-end
  • Commercially sharp with an eye for detail and the ability to spot opportunities
  • Ambitious, resilient, and motivated by targets and growth

  • Base salary $75k –$85k + uncapped commissions (OTE ~$150k - $200k)
