Situated in the heart of the Brisbane CBD, the ibis Styles Brisbane Elizabeth Street is a modern, stylish hotel catering for both business and leisure guests, with 367 rooms and views across the river to Southbank.
We are looking for our next Full-Time Front Office Duty Manager to join the ibis Styles Brisbane Elizabeth Street team.

Responsibilities
  • Lead and support the Front Office team to deliver exceptional guest service; oversee day-to-day Front Office operations including check-in/check-out, billing and reporting; handle guest enquiries and resolve issues professionally and promptly.
  • Coordinate with Housekeeping, F&B, Sales, Reservations and Finance to ensure smooth operations.
  • Train, mentor and develop the team, fostering a positive Heartist culture.
  • Drive revenue through upselling and loyalty engagement; ensure compliance with WHS, security and Accor brand standards.
Qualifications
  • Previous experience in a hotel Front Office as a Duty Manager; strong leadership, communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in hotel systems; Opera and Accor systems are an advantage.
  • Ability to work a flexible roster including weekends and evenings; passion for hospitality and delivering outstanding guest experiences.
