Procare's Factual Investigation Division is seeking Factual Investigators knowledgeable in Workers Compensation and CTP investigations to join our expanding team in South Australia This role offers a unique opportunity for variety and autonomy, with your day designed by you.

We have full-time, casual, and contractor roles available for skilled Factual Investigators.

The Role
  1. Attend various locations, predominantly within Adelaide and across South Australia;
  2. Interview key parties, take statements, collate evidence, and produce detailed reports;
  3. Maintain effective communication with our investigations support team and relevant parties;
  4. Prepare and draft factual reports.
About You
  1. Hold a Certificate III in Investigations and a valid Investigators Licence;
  2. Have a current driver's licence and vehicle;
  3. Experience in Workers Compensation and/or CTP investigations is preferred;
  4. Excellent written and verbal communication skills;
  5. Strong attention to detail and self-motivation to meet deadlines;
  6. If a contractor: set up as a Pty Ltd or Sole Trader with relevant insurances.
