Investigation Professional Role

This role offers autonomy and variety, allowing you to design your day as an Investigation Professional at a dynamic organization. As part of an expanding team in South Australia, you will be responsible for conducting Workers Compensation and CTP investigations across the region.

The Job Responsibilities
  • You will attend various locations throughout Adelaide and across South Australia to interview key parties, take statements, collate evidence, and produce detailed reports that meet high standards.
  • Maintain effective communication with the investigations support team and relevant parties, ensuring seamless collaboration and information sharing.
  • Prepare and draft factual reports that are well-structured and concise, meeting the expectations of all stakeholders.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  1. You must hold a Certificate III in Investigations and a valid Investigators Licence, demonstrating your expertise in the field.
  2. A current driver's licence and vehicle are essential for traveling to various locations across the region.
  3. Experience in Workers Compensation and/or CTP investigations is preferred, showcasing your ability to navigate complex cases.
  4. Excellent written and verbal communication skills are crucial for effective collaboration and stakeholder engagement.
  5. Strong attention to detail and self-motivation to meet deadlines are required to deliver high-quality results under pressure.
