Job Description:

Factual Investigators conduct Workers Compensation or CTP Investigations, attending upon employers, client sites, or accident locations. They interview key parties, collate evidence, perform scene inspections, and gather documents. Detailed and accurate reports are produced in a timely manner.

  • Main Responsibilities:
  • Attend on site investigations, including Workers Compensation and CTP claims
  • Conduct interviews with key parties, collect evidence, and inspect scenes
  • Gather and document relevant information to support investigations

About You:

  • A Certificate III in Investigations is highly desirable but not necessary. An Investigators Licence is preferred but can be obtained on the job.
  • A current driver's licence and vehicle are essential.
  • Prior experience in claims, insurance, legal, financial services, HR, or government is beneficial.
  • You must have a genuine interest in investigations and fraud, as well as excellent written and verbal skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and effective communication are vital.
  • You should be self-motivated and able to work under pressure.
