Investigator Position Overview

We are seeking dedicated professionals to join our Investigation Division as Factual Investigators, Lawyers, Paralegals, Insurance Claims Officers and Enthusiasts.

  • The Role: Attend upon clients or accident locations, predominantly within your region. Conduct interviews, gather evidence, perform scene inspections and collect documents. Produce detailed reports in a timely manner.
  • Maintain effective communication with our support team and clients. Enjoy a varied day interacting with individuals from diverse backgrounds.
About You:
  • You have a Certificate III in Investigations or the desire to obtain one.
  • You possess an Investigators Licence or are willing to acquire it.
  • You hold a current and valid driver's licence and vehicle.
  • You may come from a claims, insurance, legal, financial services, HR or government background.
  • You possess a genuine interest in investigations & fraud.
  • You have excellent written and verbal skills.
  • You demonstrate strong attention to detail and effective communication skills.
  • You are self-motivated and able to work under pressure.
