Investigation Opportunities

We are seeking individuals to join our Investigation Division as Factual Investigators, Lawyers, Paralegals, Insurance Claims Officers and Investigation Enthusiasts.

We provide a dynamic and challenging work environment that allows individuals to develop their skills and experience in investigations. Our team is dedicated to providing excellent customer service and ensuring that all cases are handled efficiently and effectively.

The successful candidate will have a strong desire to obtain or already hold a Certificate III in Investigations and an Investigators Licence. They will also possess a valid driver's licence and vehicle, and may have come from a claims, insurance, legal, financial services, HR or government background.

Key Responsibilities
  • Attend upon employers, client sites or accident locations, predominantly within your region (or further across regional NSW if desired);
  • Interview appropriate key parties taking statements, collate relevant evidence, perform scene inspections & gather documents;
  • Produce detailed and accurate reports in a timely manner (or have your reports written);
  • Maintain effective and appropriate communication with our support team and clients as required; and
  • Enjoy a varied day speaking with people from all walks of life
About You
  • You must have a real interest in investigations and fraud, as well as excellent written and verbal skills.
  • You should be self-motivated and able to work within strict time frames, with a strong attention to detail.
  • A desire to make a career out of Insurance Claims Investigations is highly desirable.
