**360 Personnel** are currently seeking an **experienced Production Assistant** to join our team.

**Responsibilities**
- Support Production team with administrative tasks as required - print and distribute documents, liaise with customers, support staff related processes.
- Prepare quotations and process sales orders in the M1 ERP system.
- Ensure sales margins in quotes are maintained within budget guidelines.
- Liaise with customers to ensure they are advised of the status of their orders and delivery program.
- Generate purchase orders for non-stock products and services to support the sales process.
- Monitor order backlog to ensure delivery performance levels are met.
- Liaise with production department to ensure delivery times suit customer needs.
- Attend Production meetings to provide feedback on workload & quotes for stock forecasting purposes.
- Support production team with continuous improvement and engineering initiatives
- Assist the Purchasing & Inventory controller to maintain stock levels to satisfactory levels Provide assistance to ensure that Internal auditing of the companies Quality Management System is carried out in accordance to ISO 9001: 2015 standards

**Skills Qualifications & Experience**
- Confident communication skills both written & verbal.
- Strong computer skills including Excel, Word, Power Point etc.
- Experience with ERP system (preferred)
- Attention to detail.

**Salary**: $55,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Day shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Blacktown, NSW: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

Work Authorisation:

- Australia (required)
