**Position Overview**

The Production Scheduler will be responsible for scheduling, overseeing, and coordinating all operations in the factory. Ensuring the flow of raw materials and subassemblies are uninterrupted for daily operations. Responsible for all quality, cost, and safety goals. Continuously review safe operating process and procedures, updating and developing new safe operating procedures as required. Train production staff in the responsible use of machinery/equipment/tools, identifying problems in the production line, troubleshooting equipment, and completing various administrative tasks.

**Duties and responsibilities for this role include**:

- Mathematical, analytical, and reasoning skills
- Ability to lead and motivate others and lead by example.
- High degree of technical aptitude.
- Extensive change management experience
- Ability to make decisions under pressure.
- Experiences in working with cross-functional teams and departments.
- ** Proven experience in the manufacturing engineering field**:

- Working knowledge with IoT.
- Experienced and have advanced skills in CAD/CAM software.
- Experienced and have intermediate skills in ERP (EPICOR and MES is highly desirable)
- Advanced proficiency in MS Office Suite

- Project management skills: will have demonstrated ability to push projects over the finish line with sound planning and persistent execution; will understand how to align resources, seek the input of key constituents, and manage others to achieve desired results.
