S2M is recruiting on behalf of The Wiggles, one of Australia’s most iconic and beloved entertainment groups, and they're currently on the lookout for a Production Manager to be part of their growing team. This is a one-of-a-kind opportunity to take ownership of end-to-end production management across television series, specials, music, and live projects. You’ll collaborate with world-class creative talent and industry partners while helping shape the future of one of Australia’s most recognised entertainment brands.

Work directly with The Wiggles' executive and creative leaders as part of a globally recognised children's entertainment group.

About you:

You are an experienced Production Manager that will oversee all aspects of production from pre- to post-production, liaise with cast, crew, and external partners, and ensure that projects are delivered on time, on brand, and to the highest standard. With exceptional organisation skills, a hands-on approach, and the ability to juggle multiple priorities, you’ll play a key role in keeping The Wiggles’ productions running seamlessly.

Key Responsibilities:

- Oversee end-to-end production across series, specials, and music
- Coordinate cast, crew, contracts, travel, and logistics
- Manage scripts, artwork, marketing materials, and release schedules
- Liaise with partners, sponsors, and licensees to deliver projects on time
- Ensure compliance and smooth delivery across broadcast and digital platforms

Key Requirements:

- Proven experience in production management within TV, film, music, or live entertainment
- Strong organisational and multitasking skills with excellent communication abilities
- Flexible, collaborative, and solutions-focused approach
- Proficient in Mac OS, Windows, and Microsoft Office
