We partner with our clients to identify their challenges and constantly look for ways to evolve our products to maximise their impact.

The Role

In this role, you’ll help shape product vision and roadmaps, turning strategy into tangible outcomes that deliver real value. You’ll work closely with product, development, and technology teams to set priorities and keep things moving forward. From preparing compelling business cases and ROI analyses to championing Lean-Agile practices, you’ll be central to driving progress and improvement. You bring a strong blend of product management expertise, delivery leadership, and technical acumen, and you enjoy operating at the intersection of strategy, customer value, and technological innovation. Passionate about shaping the future of platform products, you collaborate across multiple countries to deliver solutions that enhance, automate, and delight internal platform teams.

Skills, Knowledge and Experience

- 3+ years in product management (platform or SaaS experience a big plus)
- The ability to translate big-picture vision into clear user stories for developers
- Confidence working with Jira/Confluence (or similar) and the software development lifecycle
- A passion for technology, innovation, and delivering value to customers
- Someone who’s as comfortable discussing APIs and databases as they are aligning stakeholders around a product vision
