As ourMarketing Manager, you'll play a key role in shaping how the ROWIE story is told - leading marketing execution across digital, retail, and wholesale channels. Based in Byron Bay, you'll collaborate closely with our founders and team to bring campaigns to life, translate creative direction into action, and drive brand growth through thoughtful strategy and performance insight. From launch calendars and influencer activations to B2B campaigns and boutique events, you'll have space to lead, contribute, and make a tangible impact - while helping guide the future of a brand with purpose at its core.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the seasonal marketing calendar across brand, product, and commercial moments
  • Build and execute marketing strategies that balance brand integrity and growth
  • Align campaign planning with sales data, product drops, and customer insights

Campaign Execution & Rollout

  • Translate creative direction (from brand and founders) into clear briefs and rollout plans
  • Manage lookbooks, EDMs, digital assets, influencer campaigns, and retail activations
  • Write copy and shape brand storytelling across EDMs, socials, product messaging, and campaign assets.
  • Coordinate boutique and wholesale support across launches and key events

Performance & Brand Development

  • Monitor campaign performance and optimise based on insights and trends
  • Ensure consistency of brand tone and visual identity across all touchpoints
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with ecommerce, retail, and design teams
  • Manage and grow the marketing team, including contractors and future hires
  • Lead team workflow, capacity, and performance with clarity and support
  • Manage budgets, timelines, and deliverables with autonomy
  • Liaise with our PR agency to support national and global growth

We're looking for someone with a strong blend of strategic thinking, creativity, and commercial awareness. Ideally, you'll have:

  • 3–5 years' experience in marketing, ideally within fashion, lifestyle, or retail
  • Proven ability to lead and deliver end-to-end marketing campaigns
  • Experience managing and growing a small marketing team
  • Familiarity with performance marketing channels (e.g. PPC, email, content) and how to structure a strategy calendar
  • Confidence using data to inform decisions — including sales and engagement reporting
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with high attention to tone and detail
  • Strong time management and the ability to lead projects independently and collaboratively
  • Experience with Shopify, Klaviyo, Google Analytics, and Meta Ads (or similar platforms)
  • Adobe Creative Suite or a relevant marketing/design degree is a bonus, not a must

What We Offer

  • Competitive salary package
  • Generous seasonal wardrobe gifting to experience and represent the ROWIE brand
  • Family and friends discount across all collections
  • A supportive and collaborative team culture, working alongside like-minded individuals in our Byron Bay HQ
  • A values-driven business with a strong focus on sustainability, creativity, and community
  • Ongoing support for professional development and the opportunity to grow your career in a role you can truly shape
