RAC Exmouth Cape Holiday Park is located in Australia's spectacular Coral Coast region, just one kilometre south of Exmouth town centre and a 10-minute walk from beautiful beaches.

An exciting opportunity has become available for a Front Office Attendant to join our friendly team on a casual basis.

This role is ideal for locals or those looking to relocate from Perth. Limited accommodation is available at a reduced cost for suitable applicants, allowing the right candidate to live and work on-site.

Daily responsibilities include:
  • Providing exceptional customer service at the front desk, welcoming guests and assisting with their stay.
  • Answering phone calls and assisting guests via phone and email.
  • Helping groups with bookings and reservations, including school groups, weddings, and events.
  • Supporting general park operations.
What we are looking for:
  • Outstanding customer service skills.
  • Previous administrative experience is highly regarded.
  • Experience with guest reservation software like NewBook is a plus but not essential.
  • Strong time-management, organization, and multi-tasking skills.
  • Flexibility to work various shifts, including mornings, afternoons, weekends, and public holidays.
