Medical Front Office Assistant

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Medical Front Office Assistant to provide exceptional patient care and support to our clinical team.

The successful candidate will be responsible for greeting and registering clients, answering telephones, and directing incoming calls. They will also ensure patient information is current and accurate, liaise with medical staff regarding client attendance, generate and process client attendance documents, operate and maintain label printers, and perform other administrative tasks as required.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage patient records and update information in a timely and accurate manner
  • Liaise with healthcare professionals to coordinate client appointments and services
  • Process and manage client payments and billing
  • Maintain a clean and organized reception area and waiting room
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Diploma or Certificate in a related field (e.g. business administration, health services)
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a medical front office role
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
