Events Front of House & Customer Service Staff

Show dates - Saturday 9 / 08 and Sunday 10 / 08

Our client is a leader in events / exhibitions and is seeking dynamic customer service staff to join their team. The role requires a highly organized and enthusiastic professional with high attention to detail and a strong desire to go above and beyond for customers and clients.

Responsibilities include:

  • Customer engagement - answering frequently asked questions or queries
  • Marking registered guests off attendance list & ensuring their details are correct
  • Ticket scanning
  • Working with strict deadlines to ensure catering is provided on time
  • Ensuring venue staff are updated with any changes during the event
  • Maintaining a neat and tidy work area

To be considered for this role, you will need to:

  • Proven customer service experience
  • An eye for detail and excellent communication skills
  • Excellent time management skills
  • Able to work casual / flexible hours
  • Valid driver's license and own car
