About Your Role

Scope has an exciting and unique opportunity for a Casual Workforce Scheduler to work within our Workforce Management Operations Team.

In this role, you will collaborate with relevant stakeholders to effectively manage day-to-day operational rosters, including planning for leave and filling shifts, supporting Scope to mobilise a skilled and capable workforce.

Your Key Focus

  • Engage with stakeholders to support service delivery by managing operational staffing replacements in line with legal, regulatory, industry, and process requirements.
  • Translate master rosters into efficient, effective, and compliant operational rosters.
  • Collaborate to implement the advance shift filling process to ensure staff vacancies are covered, analyze the environment to identify trends, risks, and opportunities to improve workforce management practices' efficiency, effectiveness, and sustainability.
