About Your Role

Scope has an exciting and unique opportunity for a Casual Workforce Scheduler to work within our Workforce Management Operations Team.

In this role, you will collaborate with relevant stakeholders to effectively manage daily operational rosters, including planning for leave and filling shifts, to support Scope in mobilising a skilled and capable workforce.

Your Key Focus

  • Engage with stakeholders to support service delivery by managing operational staffing replacements in accordance with legal, regulatory, industry, and process requirements.
  • Translate master rosters into efficient, effective, and compliant operational rosters.
  • Implement the advance shift filling process collaboratively to ensure staff vacancies are covered, analyze environment trends, risks, and opportunities to improve workforce management practices' efficiency, effectiveness, and sustainability.
