As our Digital CRO & Personalisation Specialist based in Brisbane, you will shape and drive the strategy and roadmap of Great Southern Bank's Conversion Rate Optimisation (CRO) and Personalisation program across digital channels including the website, applications, and digital banking platforms. You will work cross-functionally with Digital, Brand, Marketing, Customer Experience, Product, and Technology to define and maintain a strategic backlog of CRO-led and enabling initiatives, with the goal of enhancing user experience, lifting digital conversion metrics, and supporting growth objectives of Sales and Product teams.
Responsibilities- Lead end-to-end delivery of digital experiments and personalisation initiatives—from concept and design through build, launch, measurement, and iteration.
- Translate business objectives into CRO strategies, design testable hypotheses, and create scalable experiences using Adobe Target.
- Collaborate with CRM, Paid Media, Analytics, and Marketing teams to align with broader campaigns and audience strategies.
- Design and manage audiences and segments in partnership with analytics specialists to maximise impact.
- Conduct user research (qualitative and quantitative) to surface actionable insights and validate assumptions.
- Develop a structured experimentation and personalisation backlog aligned with strategic priorities.
- Perform user acceptance testing (UAT) and post-implementation validation (PIV) to ensure accuracy and performance.
- Engage stakeholders, building customer-first, data-informed approaches and communicating outcomes clearly to drive business value.
- Analyse and report on experiment and personalisation performance using Google Analytics and Adobe Analytics; identify opportunities for iteration and improvement.
- Contribute to a culture of continuous learning and performance uplift in collaboration with the Senior Manager, Digital Experience.
- 3-5 years' experience delivering CRO digital optimisation programs that improve conversion rates and value.
- Extensive experience with Adobe Analytics and Adobe Target, with proven success running experiments across multiple platforms.
- Ability to develop, facilitate, and report on optimisations with clear business value for varied audiences.
- Strong stakeholder management skills.
- Solid understanding of UX principles, WCAG accessibility, customer psychology (financial services is a plus), and digital customer behaviour.
- Experience contributing to the health and optimisation of a multi-channel UI Design System.
- Experience writing technical requirements and working with development teams to deliver experimentation and personalisation components.
