As a Digital CRO and Personalisation Specialist, you will play a key role in driving the strategy and roadmap of Conversion Rate Optimisation (CRO) and Personalisation programs across digital channels.

You will work closely with cross-functional teams to define and maintain a strategic backlog of CRO-led and enabling initiatives, with the goal of enhancing user experience, lifting digital conversion metrics, and supporting growth objectives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead end-to-end delivery of digital experiments and personalisation initiatives from concept through launch and measurement.
  • Translate business objectives into CRO strategies and create scalable experiences using Adobe Target.
  • Collaborate with CRM, Paid Media, Analytics, and Marketing teams to align campaigns and audience strategies.
  • Design and manage audiences to maximise impact.
  • Conduct user research to surface actionable insights.
  • Develop a structured experimentation and personalisation backlog aligned with strategic priorities.
  • Perform user acceptance testing to ensure accuracy and performance.
  • Engage stakeholders and communicate outcomes clearly to drive business value.
  • Analyse and report on experiment and personalisation performance; identify opportunities for iteration and improvement.
Requirements
  • 3-5 years' experience delivering CRO digital optimisation programs that improve conversion rates.
  • Extensive experience with Adobe Analytics and Adobe Target, with proven success running experiments.
  • Ability to develop and report on optimisations with clear business value.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills.
  • Solid understanding of UX principles and customer psychology.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience contributing to the health and optimisation of a multi-channel UI Design System.
  • Experience writing technical requirements and working with development teams to deliver experimentation and personalisation components.
