Responsibilities
  • Provide excellent customer service and accurate and courteous information to all patrons at the front desk or via telephone enquiries.
  • Perform accurate cash handling, membership sales and basic administration duties.
Role Details
  • Salary $29.15 per hour (plus casual loading if applicable) + 12% Superannuation
  • Part Time and Casual Opportunities Available
  • Work across Aqualink Box Hill and Aqualink Nunawading
Hours
  • Monday to Friday - 4.30am – 11.00pm
  • Saturday - 4.30am – 8.30pm
  • Sunday and public holidays - 7.00am – 8.30pm
Part Time Shifts
  • Aqualink Nunawading: Monday 05:45-09:45, 08:30-12:30; Tuesday 09:45-14:00, 17:30-22:15; Wednesday 08:45-12:30, 16:00-20:30; Thursday 16:00-20:30; Friday 13:45-17:45, 17:45-22:15; Saturday 08:00-11:45
  • Aqualink Box Hill: Monday 14:15-18:15, 18:15-22:45; Tuesday 16:30-20:30; Wednesday 12:30-16:30; Thursday 16:30-20:30; Friday 16:00-21:00, 18:15-22:30; Saturday 15:45-19:30; Sunday 08:00-12:15, 11:45-15:45
About You
  • Experience in provision of front line customer service.
  • Experience in Microsoft Office and point of sale systems.
  • Communication skills to enable positive interaction and effective customer service with patrons and other employees.
  • Ability to resolve minor problems relating to multi passes, transactions and/or memberships.
  • Ability to work as part of a team and individually under routine supervision.
