Role detailsSalary $29.15 per hour (plus casual loading if applicable) + 12% SuperannuationPart Time and Casual Opportunities AvailableWork across Aqualink Box Hill and Aqualink NunawadingResponsibilitiesThe position will provide a high level of customer service and fitness instruction in a safe and hygienic environment and in accordance with industry standards, to assist in the improvement of patrons' health and wellbeing.Demonstrate and coach patrons on safe exercise methods and techniques.Deliver clear, accurate information and guidance to patrons and other employees.Shifts and schedulingThe role may be required to work shifts anywhere within Aqualink Box Hill and Aqualink Nunawading's ordinary spread of hours:Monday to Friday - 4.30am – 11.00pmSaturday - 4.30am – 8.30pmSunday and public holidays - 7.00am – 8.30pmPart Time shifts available by location:Aqualink Nunawading: Thursday 1900-2200, Friday 1900-2200, Saturday 1700-2000, Sunday 1700-2000Aqualink Box Hill: Monday 1300 – 1700, Saturday 0745 – 1045, Sunday 1400 -1700About youSound exercise prescription and consultation skillsAbility to demonstrate and coach patrons on safe exercise methods and techniquesGood oral and written communication skills for positive interaction with patrons and staffFriendly, enthusiastic and professional approachBenefits and opportunitiesThe ability to make a difference by contributing to the community and improving patron wellbeingGreat working conditions, professional environment, supportive teams and work-life balanceHealth and wellbeing offerings, including employee assistance, private health insurance benefits, health checks, discounted gym membership and moreCareer opportunities and ongoing professional developmentTransformation program focused on innovation and continuous improvementReward and recognition programs and leadership developmentHow to applyFurther information is available from Linda Magennis on 9843 2900 or John Naddaf on 9878 4576.
