Ascot Insurance Group is a dynamic and rapidly growing firm dedicated to providing exceptional insurance solutions and customer service. We're looking for a motivated individual to join our growing team in a specialist area.

Role Overview:

We are currently seeking an Account Executive to manage a rapidly growing portfolio of SME & Corporate clients. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3-5 years of experience as an insurance broker and ideally more than 2 years as an account manager with a strong track record of excellent customer service, initiative, strong sales skills, time management, and process improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Have strong skills in all aspects of client management, including renewals, quotes, and client reports
  • Utilize INSIGHT system for processing new business, renewals, alterations, and cancellations
  • Nurture new business opportunities through our CRM system, customer engagement, and interactions
  • Assist with claims management and provide exceptional customer service to clients
  • Contribute to the improvement of processes and efficiencies within the business
  • Actively participate in ongoing professional development opportunities

Working Arrangements:

This role offers a blend of remote work and office-based collaboration, with 1-2 days working from home and 3-4 days in our office located on St Kilda Road, Melbourne.

Qualifications and Requirements:

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience as an insurance broker
  • Diploma of Insurance Broking or Tier 1
  • Strong commitment to providing exceptional customer service
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
  • Proactive attitude towards problem-solving and process improvement
