About The Role
A great opportunity is available for a driven and customer-focused Accounts Manager to take ownership of a key client portfolio within a leading supplier of automotive and recreational vehicle components. In this role, you'll be the first point of contact for high-value accounts—managing relationships, identifying growth opportunities, and driving revenue outcomes. This is a hands-on position, requiring regular client visits, technical product presentations, and end-to-end account management responsibilities.
About The Role

In this role, you'll be the first point of contact for high-value accounts—managing relationships, identifying growth opportunities, and driving revenue outcomes. This is a hands-on position, requiring regular client visits, technical product presentations, and end-to-end account management responsibilities.

Duties
- Manage and grow existing client relationships across key accounts
- Conduct regular site visits to present products, take orders, and identify opportunities
- Schedule and attend meetings with new and prospective buyers
- Act as the key liaison for delivery, credit, and quality-related enquiries
- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of company and competitor products
- Deliver tailored product demonstrations, including technical features and applications
- Coordinate pricing negotiations, prepare quotes and contracts, and record sales
- Provide monthly reporting to senior management and support sales forecasting
- Attend trade shows, industry events, and internal promotional activities
- Collaborate with internal departments (logistics, production, finance) to meet client needs
- 3–5 years of experience in sales, account management, or business development
- Background in the RV, automotive, caravan, or related industries highly regarded
- Proven ability to build long-term relationships and close deals
- Strong communication skills, with confidence presenting technical products
- Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple accounts and schedules
- Sound commercial acumen and negotiation capability
- Tertiary qualifications in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred
- A valid Australian driver's licence and willingness to travel as required
