Join one of Melbourne's most reputable computer service providers, trusted by over 500 clients across industries including Finance , Healthcare , Accounting , and SMEs . We're passionate about delivering innovative IT solutions—and we're looking for a like-minded individual to join our team.

As an Account Manager, you'll be the go-to person for a portfolio of clients. You'll work alongside senior account managers to build strong relationships, drive client success, and unlock growth opportunities. If you're a people person with a flair for strategy and service, this role is for you

  • Be the primary point of contact for assigned client accounts, resolving inquiries promptly and professionally.
  • Understand client goals and needs to deliver tailored solutions that drive satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with senior account managers to develop and execute client strategies.
  • Manage contracts, agreements, and account profitability.
  • Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities to grow client accounts.
  • Act as the bridge between clients and internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery.

What You Bring

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Previous experience in account management or a similar client-facing role—ideally in IT or tech.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Strong negotiation and closing skills with a results-driven mindset.
  • Organised, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities.
  • Knowledge of IT services is a plus (but not a must)

This is a Melbourne-based role (Blackburn North), with occasional travel to client sites around the area .
