Australia's favourite on-trend beauty brand is looking for a passionate and driven Senior National Account Manager to join our team

In this exciting role, you'll be responsible for managing and developing relationships with our key Chemist partners across Australia. You'll leverage your deep understanding of the beauty industry and strong negotiation skills to secure prime shelf space and drive sales growth for MCoBeauty and Nude by Nature cosmetic products.

About You

  • You're a beauty enthusiast with a keen eye for current trends and a passion for the beauty industry.
  • You have a minimum of 5 years' experience in a similar role, ideally within the FMCG or beauty sector.
  • You're a proven relationship builder with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • You have a strategic mindset and can develop and implement effective account management plans to achieve ambitious sales targets.
  • You're a data whiz who can analyze market trends and translate insights into actionable strategies.
  • You thrive in a fast-paced environment and are a self-motivated go-getter.
