Overview

We have a great opportunity for an ambitious FMCG Account Manager to join this high performing Commercial team to drive our market leading categories. This key leadership role will be instrumental in PZC delivering on its commitments in F26 and beyond, managing an exciting, locally developed NPD pipeline with this key grocery customer.

Responsibilities
  • Developing strong relationships with key Woolworths personnel
  • Achieving Sales/Gross Margin & targets to ensure profitability
  • Actively contributing to the development of business strategies that drive sustained growth
  • Leading category review process
  • Implementation and execution of promotional strategy
  • Optimisation of the distribution of new & existing PZ Cussons products within the Australian market
  • Forecast accuracy and analysis
  • Working closely with both internal and external stakeholders to execute the plan
To be successful in the role

You will be an ambitious team player, a natural leader with excellent negotiation. A focus on delivering strong commercial outcomes comes naturally through analysis and your influencing & negotiation skills. Your previous years\' experience have been spent in an FMCG Organisation in account management roles supporting corporate customers and you are now looking to put your proven leadership skills to the test in this key leadership role.

You will ideally have
  • Strong corporate customer experience and a proven track record of over-delivering
  • Superior account management
  • A proven track record of delivering against stretch sales targets
  • The desire and willingness to challenge the status quo
  • Passion, commitment and drive to achieve results
  • Experience managing and building the capability of your team and others
  • Experience within FMCG or similar industry would be highly desirable
  • Experience managing short shelf-life product
