OverviewWe have an exciting opportunity for a Site Administrator to join the Team at our Woodman Point site in Henderson. In this role, you will effectively provide Administrative support to the Construction Manager and site office team.
Clough, as part of an alliance, is delivering the engineering, procurement and construction for the Woodman Point Water Treatment Facility Upgrade, a significant sustainable infrastructure project for the Perth community, reducing waste and emissions.

Your focus will include:
- Coordinating all site visitors and new starters
- Daily, weekly and monthly reporting for Clough
- Daily and weekly audit of employee timesheets
- Attending planning and scheduling meetings, taking minutes/actions and follow-ups
- Assisting with sub-contract sign-on process
- Other general administrative duties as directed by the construction manager
What you will bring to the team:
- Previous experience in an office administration capacity
- Strong skills in MS Office (Word / Excel)
- High attention to detail and exceptional customer service
- Ability to juggle conflicting priorities and expectations
- Ability to problem solve, identify concerns and escalate in a timely manner
- Experience with INX or similar systems (desirable)
