Contract Opportunity: Business Development Manager (BDM)

Protek FM is a specialist in facilities maintenance for high-end retail spaces, proudly supporting global luxury brands across Australia and New Zealand.

We're currently seeking a Business Development Manager on a contract basis to help grow our direct client portfolio within the premium retail and commercial sectors.

Contract role with potential for full-time: This is a contract position with the opportunity to transition into a permanent full-time role based on performance and business needs.

What You'll Be Doing:

  • Identifying and developing new business opportunities
  • Building strong relationships with retail managers, landlords, and asset teams
  • Preparing tailored proposals for facilities maintenance and support services
  • Contributing to the long-term growth strategy of Protek FM

Ideal Candidate:

  • Proven experience in B2B business development (FM, construction, or retail sectors preferred)
  • Strong industry network in Sydney or nationally
  • Professional, self-driven, and results-oriented
  • Ability to work independently with flexible hours
