DEC Housing is looking for a Home Solutions Advisor to join our growing team - someone who is reliable, people-focused, self driven and loves business development

DECH develops, operates and manages specialist disability accommodation. As our name highlights, we value Dignity, Empowerment and Choice for people living with disability.

What you will do;

• Engage directly with NDIS SDA eligible clients and their families
• Facilitate housing solutions for clients / SDA Participants
• Build strong networks with care providers and key stakeholders
• Guide participants through the SDA housing journey
• Coordinate seamless home placements from walkthroughs to handovers
• Collaborate with our Development team on custom built homes
• Ensure accurate documentation, reporting and CRM updates

Travel

Travel will be required to homes and stakeholders across Victoria regularly. This is an active out and about role A current unrestricted drivers licence is required. The role may require some interstate travel from time to time.
