What will you be responsible for?

  • Scheduling NDIS audits, matching auditors with client requirements and availability
  • Coordinating and confirming appointments with clients and auditors
  • Managing scheduling changes and resolving conflicts efficiently
  • Ensuring compliance with NDIS certification guidelines and deadlines
  • Communicating with internal teams, clients, and auditors to provide updates and support
  • Maintaining accurate records and documentation in our systems

What we are looking for?

We're on the hunt for individuals with a natural flair for collaboration and communication, passionate and resilient and bring a positive attitude to work each day. We're looking for a detail-oriented Scheduler to join our NDIS team. This role is critical in coordinating audits, liaising with auditors and clients, and ensuring a seamless certification process.

  • Previous experience in a similar role focused on scheduling, administration, or coordination roles (bonus if in auditing or NDIS)
  • Strong organisational and time management skills – you love a well-planned schedule
  • Excellent communication skills – you'll be the key link between auditors and clients
  • High attention to detail – accuracy is everything in this role
  • Ability to multitask and adapt in a dynamic environment
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Salesforce (desirable)
