The OpportunityWe are seeking a Business Development Manager based in VIC to build and maintain relationships with customers in our Mechanical Parts business. The role involves engaging with existing clients, understanding their needs, and expanding our customer base through targeted lead generation.
Responsibilities- Build and foster relationships with key Mechanical and Automotive Wholesale organizations.
- Conduct face-to-face and phone meetings with clients to identify opportunities.
- Gather and communicate customer feedback to internal teams.
- Implement improvements to enhance customer experience.
- Maintain an efficient customer portfolio.
- Promote our products/services and address client objectives.
- Stay informed on industry trends to support growth.
- Develop strategies to improve customer satisfaction.
- Analyze sales reports for potential improvements.
- Experience in sales and account management.
- Knowledge of automotive parts and interpreting parts.
- Strong relationship-building and customer service skills.
- Ability to analyze reports.
