About the RoleWe are seeking an experienced professional to manage corporate relationships with key customers. The primary focus will be on maximising equipment performance and maintaining a pipeline of Continuous Improvement projects.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and maintain effective customer relationships to achieve sales, continuous improvement, and product performance objectives.
- Plan and execute a pipeline of continuous improvement projects leveraging resources to drive ESG, maintenance, and product performance goals.
- Work alongside Site Performance Managers to monitor global customer equipment fleet performance and identify improvement projects.
- Establish strong relationships with key dealer leaders to understand their network and value-added services.
- Communicate effectively across various audiences to ensure strategic and tactical alignment and gain acceptance of ideas and recommendations.
This role requires regular travel to job locations to understand customer needs and support project execution.
Requirements:- Tertiary qualifications or equivalent experience in a marketing or commercial function.
- Multiple years of direct customer and dealer-facing experience.
- Prior account management experience or relevant progressively responsible job-related experience.
- Strong interpersonal skills to handle sensitive issues and persuade others inside and outside the organisation.
- Leadership skills to develop and retain major customer accounts.
- Broad business background and excellent communication skills.
