Overview

Where Data Does More. Join the Snowflake team. At Snowflake, our mission is to mobilize the world's data. Our Professional Services (PS) team plays a pivotal role in this mission by accelerating our customers' time-to-value and helping them achieve business outcomes on the Snowflake Data Cloud. We cannot do it alone. To meet the incredible demand and to scale our impact, we rely on a world-class ecosystem of Services Partners. We are looking for a strategic and results-oriented Partner Practice Manager to join our ANZ PS leadership team. This is a crucial, high-visibility role where you will be the driving force behind our Professional Services Partnering strategy, executing jointly with our Partner team in the ANZ region. You will be responsible for building and executing the engine that powers our joint success with key partners across ANZ and other leading Global and Regional System Integrators (SIs). Your primary objective is to create a thriving, scalable partner professional services ecosystem that drives customer success and expands Snowflake's services delivery capacity. This is not a channel role; you will be the partner professional services business builder.

Responsibilities
  • Go-to-Market (GTM) Strategy: You will work hand-in-hand with Snowflake partner sales teams to design and implement the joint GTM strategy with our focus partners, defining target markets, joint offerings, and the rules of engagement.
  • Partner Selection & Onboarding: You will oversee the process for onboarding new services partners and ensuring existing partners are continuously enabled on Snowflake's latest features and best practices for delivery.
  • Contract & Commercial Management: You will manage the commercial relationship, including master services agreements, subcontracting paperwork, and ensuring a smooth and compliant process for joint engagements.
  • Joint Sales Pipeline Development: You will work hand-in-hand with Snowflake partner sales teams to identify, develop, and close joint services opportunities. You will be accountable for building a robust, predictable pipeline, developing joint proposals, and helping our partners to scale their business jointly with Snowflake services.

If you are a builder who thrives on creating successful alliances and wants to be at the forefront of the data revolution, this is the role for you.

Basic Qualifications
  • 10+ years of experience in a partner-facing or alliance management role within an enterprise software or cloud technology company.
  • 5+ years of experience focused specifically on Professional Services sales, either directly or through partners.
  • Demonstrated experience building and managing relationships with large Global System Integrators (GSIs) and/or boutique consultancies.
  • Proven track record of building and managing a sales pipeline and exceeding targets in a partner-centric sales model.
  • Strong understanding of services contracts, statements of work (SOWs), and the commercial aspects of subcontracting and partner agreements.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and credibility with senior executives at both Snowflake and our partners.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Technology, or a related field.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Direct experience working with or for key Snowflake partners
  • Hands-on experience with the Snowflake Data Cloud platform is highly desirable.
  • Deep understanding of the data and analytics landscape, including data warehousing, data lakes, AI/ML, and business intelligence.
  • Experience in a high-growth, fast-paced technology company.
  • MBA or equivalent advanced degree.
  • Proven ability to operate effectively in a matrixed organization, collaborating with sales, legal, marketing, and services delivery teams.

Snowflake is growing fast, and we're scaling our team to help enable and accelerate our growth. We are looking for people who share our values, challenge ordinary thinking, and push the pace of innovation while building a future for themselves and Snowflake.
