About the Role:

We're looking for an Accountability Manager to join Hearts & Science in an exciting newly created role You will report directly into our agency Head of Investment and work alongside all other Hearts Activation & Investment teams including AV, Publishing, OOH, Digital Display & Biddable. You will also liaise closely with the OMG Global Investment team, multiple external media auditors and the finance team. You will be based in our OMG office in Newcastle and will be supported locally by an AV Business Director.

You will work across a range of clients including Allwyn, Jaguar Land Rover, Go.compare & Opella. The role is vital to collaborate with the activation teams ensuring that client buying commitments across all media are monitored, tracked and submitted accurately. You will also be involved in supporting Investment leads in the verification of media buying and financial audits to ensure compliance.

Key responsibilities for the role include but are not limited to the below.

  • Detailed analysis of all submitted data in media buying reporting templates.
  • Buying performance; learning and understanding variances between different tracking template methodologies.
  • Developing understanding of client buying targets and working with investment teams to influence efficient delivery.
  • Attend accountability meetings and share best practice with investment / activation teams.

About the Agency:

For example, you could start work at 8:30 and finish at 16:30 or start at 10:30 and finish at 18:30.
