**What you’ll be doing**:
- ** Managing high-volume end-to-end recruitment** across a wide variety of roles.
- Partnering with hiring managers to deliver fast, effective recruitment solutions.
- Designing and executing creative sourcing strategies (yes, even the hard-to-fill ones)
- Building and nurturing active and passive talent pipelines.
- Contributing to Aruma’s EVP, brand presence, and diversity goals.
**What you’ll bring**:
- ** Experience in high-volume recruitment** (in-house or agency)
- Confidence navigating fast-paced environments with competing demands
- Strong direct sourcing skills and a passion for engaging passive talent
- Excellent stakeholder management and coaching skills
- A proactive, flexible mindset and exceptional time management
- Experience using ATS platforms, recruitment tools, and data insights to inform decisions
- A love for people, process, and purpose
