Sounds pretty damn good, right?
For the last few years in this biz, performance marketing freelancers have kept campaigns ticking over. Google here, LinkedIn there, a bit of Meta spend over there, even some testing on Reddit. Budgets have shifted between $5k and $30k, experiments tried, lessons learned. It worked, but now the team is ready for more.
The CMO now wants someone in the room. Someone who can get their hands dirty across all channels, test ideas constantly, and start building a growth engine that sticks.
And that's where you come in.
As the Growth/Performance Marketer, you will be splitting your time between home and HQ, working side by side with the CMO. Together you will test, refine and scale campaigns that fuel global growth. Ninety percent of the market sits in the US, ten percent here in Australia, so you will be thinking globally while still rooted in the Gold Coast lifestyle.
And the team? Well, they're a group of humble and hungry individuals who value detail, accountability, and trust. They'll give you scope and trust to run campaigns, share insights, and allow you the chance to think like a mini founder. Proactive, collaborative, and never waiting to be told. It's about working with smart, ambitious people who care about balance, growth, well-being, and building something bloody meaningful.

What you'll be doing- Running and refining campaigns across Google, LinkedIn, Meta and Reddit
- Finding opportunities to bring CAC down and ROI up
- Blending acquisition strategies with CRO to improve conversion
- Keeping budgets tight and reports clear
- Using AI tools to boost creativity and efficiency
- Collaborating with brand, product and customer success so campaigns hit the mark
- Hands-on experience scaling campaigns on Google Ads and LinkedIn Ads
- B2B growth experience, ideally in tech or SaaS
- Strong conversion optimisation skills with landing pages and funnels
- A love of data, detail, and using insights to drive action
- Proactive, accountable and confident working with autonomy
- Bonus if you've done agency work and are looking for the consistency of in-house, or if you've played across both sides
- A global team of 25, and a HQ in Palm Beach
