Specialist medical practice manager

We are seeking a Specialist Medical Practice Manager to join our growing team at CardioOne in Chermside, QLD. This is a full-time opportunity to play a vital role in the strategic management and operational efficiency of our specialist medical practice.
Responsibilities- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the practice, ensuring smooth and efficient workflows
- Manage the practice's financial operations, including budgeting, invoicing, and financial reporting
- Oversee the recruitment, training, and management of the practice's administrative staff
- Implement and maintain effective policies, procedures, and systems to support the practice's operations
- Liaise with medical professionals, patients, and other stakeholders to address inquiries and resolve issues
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement strategic initiatives to enhance the practice's performance
- Ensure compliance with relevant healthcare regulations and industry standards
- Experience in a medical practice management or healthcare administration role
- Thorough understanding of medical practice operations, financial management, and regulatory requirements
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with both medical staff and patients
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills, with the ability to think strategically
- Proficient in the use of practice management software (ideally Healthtrack) and other relevant digital tools
