Senior Practice Manager – Specialist Medical Group

This is an exciting leadership opportunity for someone with strong operational and people management skills, who is ready to take ownership of the day-to-day running of a large and growing private practice.
About the Role Oversee daily operations of a busy specialist practice across multiple clinic locations Manage and support a team of administrative staff and over 25 permanent and sessional doctors Ensure smooth workflows, excellent patient experience, and regulatory compliance Coordinate rosters, HR functions, recruitment and training Oversee Medicare and private billing, financial reporting, and budgeting Liaise with hospitals, suppliers, and referring GPs Ensure smooth operation of practice management systems (e.g.
Gentu, Clinic to Cloud)Contribute to strategic planning and business improvement Some Saturday availability required Requirements Significant experience in medical practice management, preferably in a specialist or multi-site environment Strong leadership and people management skills Exceptional organisational and communication abilities High level of proficiency with medical practice software (e.g., Gentu, Clinic to Cloud, or similar)In-depth understanding of Medicare, billing compliance, and private practice operations Confidence managing competing priorities in a fast-paced, patient-focused setting Experience coordinating sessional doctors and/or satellite clinic logistics is highly desirable Applications close: 31st July 2025 Unlock job insights Salary match Number of applicants Skills match Your application will include the following questions: Which of the following statements best describes your right to work in Australia?
