Job Description

As a senior management consultant, you will play a key role in helping medical and surgical practices improve their operations and customer service. You will work closely with our team to identify areas for improvement and develop strategies to enhance efficiency and patient satisfaction.

">Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Minimum 2-5 years of experience in practice or operations management
  • Strong leadership skills, preferably in the healthcare sector
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team
  • Proficient in computer-based systems, including Microsoft Office and medical software

You will be responsible for assessing client needs, scoping and delivering consulting services, identifying operational issues, and implementing solutions. Your strong analytical and problem-solving skills will enable you to effectively troubleshoot issues and provide strategic guidance to clients.
