About Your Role – Territory Manager

Location: Sunshine Coast, Hervey Bay & Mackay

• Forge positive partnerships with veterinary clinics, pet retail, and emerging eCommerce customers; service independent, state, and national key accounts.
• Grow market share by acquiring new business opportunities.
• Represent the Hill's brand through regular visits, meetings, and seminars to achieve increased distribution, recommendation, and sales.
• Engage customers with in-person sales calls; work in a fast-paced environment with innovation, motivation, and hard work.

The Ideal Candidate

• Leadership with exceptional communication skills
• Strong relationship management and customer focus
• High self-motivation and passion to increase sales
• Excellent planning and organisational skills; embraces change
• Digitally savvy – Google Suite or similar; applies digital tools to analyze sales data

What You'll Need

• Bachelor Degree in Science, Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred)
• Recent graduate with some sales experience (FMCG or pharmaceutical background preferred)
• Valid driver's license
• This role offers a competitive remuneration package including a fully paid company car.
