Role overview

Forging positive partnerships with veterinary clinics, pet retail and emerging eCommerce customers; servicing independent, state and national key accounts. You will seek to grow market share by acquiring new business opportunities and represent the Hill's brand through regular visits, meetings and seminars to achieve increased distribution, recommendation and sales.

Following the territory management plan, you will be innovative, motivated and hardworking in a fast-paced environment.

What you'll do / Responsibilities
  • Build and maintain relationships with veterinary clinics, pet retailers and eCommerce partners
  • Manage and grow distribution and sales within the territory
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand market share
  • Represent Hill's through regular visits, meetings, and seminars
  • Achieve increased distribution, recommendations and sales via in-person calls and customer engagement
What you'll need / Qualifications
  • Bachelor Degree in Science, Business, Marketing or a similar field is preferred
  • Recent graduate with some sales experience - FMCG or pharmaceutical company preferred
  • Valid driver's license required
Ideal candidate

You are a leader with exceptional communication skills, strong relationship management, self-motivated with a passion to increase sales, and have excellent planning and organizational skills. You are digitally savvy (Google Suite or similar) and can apply digital tools to analyse sales data.

Compensation and benefits
