Overview

Customer Service Representive - Helpdesk role at City Facilities Management Australia. This is a 6 Month Fixed Term opportunity to join a fast-paced, professional team supporting our valued customers. Working Monday to Friday between 7:00am and 7:00pm.

Your key responsibilities
  • Effectively manage a high volume of both inbound/outbound calls
  • Resolve, manage and escalate problems logged by customers
  • Accurately capture data and work to realistic KPIs
  • Provide exceptional service by building relationships and rapport with customers, both internal and external
You will be required to
  • 12 months experience working on a helpdesk/call centre – Preferred
  • Exceptional customer service focus
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Attend 2 weeks on-site paid training
