Job Opportunity:
The Customer Support role is a key part of our organization. As the first point of contact for clients, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, troubleshooting, and technical support.
We are looking for a friendly, helpful, and enthusiastic individual who is eager to assist clients. You will conduct installation and training sessions for new clients, deliver software upgrades and enhancements, and provide timely responses to client inquiries.
No prior IT or software experience is required, as comprehensive training is provided to ensure your success in this role.
In addition to primary responsibilities, opportunities for skill development through sponsored training and potential representation at trade shows and conferences will be available.
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- A proven track record in delivering excellent customer service
- Ability to troubleshoot general IT issues or quickly learn technical skills
- Strong time management skills with the ability to multi-task and prioritize
- Excellent communication skills, especially over the phone
- Reliable with a strong work ethic
While an IT or software applications qualification is preferred, it is not essential. Experience in relevant roles or industries is also highly valued.
