We are currently have an exciting opportunity for an experienced and motivated Accounts Payable Officer to join our dynamic Product Services team and contribute to our growth and efficiency enhancement initiatives.
Closely working with the Master Data & Product Coordinator and Master Data Administration Coordinator, your priority will be to ensure the integrity of the supplier data and that suppliers are paid accurately and on time.
Face to face daily interaction with fellow work colleagues is required and therefore this role will work 5 days out of our Port Melbourne office.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Manage the invoicing process from supplier to Company Stores/Franchisees and resolving any issues.
- Responsible for reconciliation of invoices, pricing and rebate agreements within our supplier network.
- Maintain and develop relationships with key stakeholders of the business, internal and external, to ensure a smooth relationship between groups.
- Provide support to the finance department when required around SAP landscape to ensure a smooth annual audit (i.e. able to pull large amounts of data out of backend tables of SAP).
Qualifications and Experience:
- Must have proven extensive experience in Accounts Payable, preferably within the wholesale or retail sector.
- Robust experience with SAP is essential (including SD & MM Modules).
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail, with a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
- Intermediate to advanced Excel skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and collaborate with stakeholders across various levels of the organization.
- A proactive and innovative mindset, with a willingness to question the status quo and drive change.
