Manage our Care Assessment (AN-ACC) processes and Team Education Part time role - 3 days per week, suited to an experienced RN.

About the role:

  • Based at Burpengary Gardens Care Community
  • Manage our Care Assessment (AN-ACC) processes and Team Education
  • Provide support to the General Manager (GM) and Regional Care Assessment Consultants (RCAC) in the creation and storage of accurate AN-ACC appraisals
  • Support and mentor Team in correct AN-ACC and Education procedures
