**About the Role**
- We are seeking a passionate, enthusiastic, and proactive Community Manager who enjoys a challenge, loves a dynamic working environment and enjoys working with people. This is a full time & permanent opportunity.

**Responsibilities**
- Management of day to day
- Providing a high level of customer service to the community, enjoys building a community to engage residents - this includes arranging events, entertainment and social gatherings
- Working in conjunction with Ingenia marketing teams to maintain high occupancy in the Village
- Coordinate the efficient and effective management of materials, consumables, grounds, building and financial resources within the community
- Ensuring grounds and maintenance tasks are completed to a high standard

**About You**
- Experience in real estate, hospitality management, or aged care
- Exceptional customer service skills
- Kind, caring and dynamic nature
- A demonstrated self-starter, enthusiastic to drive results, and capable of working to operational requirements
