Responsibilities
  • Lead daily lab operations, ensuring compliance with NATA and ISO/IEC 17025
  • Supervise and mentor technicians to support performance and development
  • Manage workflow to meet deadlines and maintain service quality
  • Review calibration reports and uncertainty data for accuracy
  • Drive process improvements and update procedures as needed
  • Liaise with internal teams and clients on technical and scheduling matters
  • Assist with audits and contribute to QMS enhancements
  • Maintain a safe, productive, and team-oriented work environment
Qualifications
  • 3+ years in a NATA-accredited lab or similar
  • Solid knowledge of calibration, measurement, and uncertainty
  • Certificate III or higher in electronics, science, or equivalent hands-on experience
  • Experience supervising or mentoring in a technical setting
  • Strong communicator with stakeholder engagement skills
  • Detail-focused, proactive, and organised

Salary Type: Annual Salary

Salary Min: A$ 90,000

Salary Max: A$ 120,000
