As part of their ongoing growth, they are now seeking an experienced individual to join their team based in Western Australia.
Responsibilities Lead daily lab operations, ensuring compliance with NATA and ISO/IEC 17025 Supervise and mentor technicians to support performance and development Manage workflow to meet deadlines and maintain service quality Review calibration reports and uncertainty data for accuracy Drive process improvements and update procedures as needed Liaise with internal teams and clients on technical and scheduling matters Assist with audits and contribute to QMS enhancements Maintain a safe, productive, and team-oriented work environment Qualifications3+ years in a NATA-accredited lab or similar Solid knowledge of calibration, measurement, and uncertainty Certificate III or higher in electronics, science, or equivalent hands-on experience Experience supervising or mentoring in a technical setting Strong communicator with stakeholder engagement skills Detail-focused, proactive, and organised Why this is a Great Opportunity Minimal weekend work and no shift rotations Extra day birthday leave every year Annual Christmas/New Year shutdown Ongoing professional development and leadership training Supportive management and global resources Onsite parking and modern lunchroom facilities Salary Type: Annual Salary Salary Min: A$ 90,000 Salary Max: A$ 120,000 Currency Type: AUDLocation: Hammond Park, Western Australia, Australia
